Hotel is UNREAL and fairly clean, has fabulous staff and location. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Culprit, located within 10 minutes walk or so.

Near a ferry port, it makes every part of Auckland easily accessible. We really enjoyed staying at barclay suites. Location: the hotel was close to the beach. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.
